I want to try the new Covergirl mineral foundation, but I also need a little more coverage. Right now I use Neutrogena liquid concealer, and I was wondering if I could use them at the same time, or would it just look wrong?

um im a tan light skinned black girl so im looking for shades in my color.
dintnt have really bad skin so medium coverage is fine.

Bare Minerals Foundation or Mac Studio Fix Liquid Foundation?
So I’m sixteen and I use foundation daily. I’m a former user of both foundations and I’m kinda stuck on which one I should buy again.

My Bare Mineral Foundation Experience;
It feels like I’m not wearing any foundation and it allows my skin to breathe. My breakouts started to clear up. However, on rainy days it’s looks really dry and gross. This was also before I even knew what a face primer was. And before I had good makeup brushes.

As for Mac Studio Fix Liquid Foundation it has great coverage. It’s faster to apply. I think liquid last better in the rain. However, I think it’s really heavy and probably even worse for my breakouts. Sometimes it starts to look cakey throughout the day. I do prefer liquid foundation over minerals though.

So I’m stuck between the two. Do you think the reason the Bare Minerals didn’t work as well because I didn’t use a face primer?
