Ok, right now I am taking fish oil, vitamin B-16, a multivitamin, calcium, vitamin E, and an amino acid supplement. So far this has helped my hair significantly, my hair dresser recently just chopped off my work lol. So, since I have to regrow some of it again, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on vitamins to take for hair growth?
